When you place your order, we begin making your items as quickly as possible. Each item requires some time for the construction and curing before we can ship. Most orders ship within 3-5 days. During Q4, and peak season processing times can take up to 7-10 days.

When you order multiple products, the orders can come from different designers. In this case, it could happen that you will receive your products in different packages and at different times.

DELIVERY TIMES

ORDER FULFILLMENT

We ship daily from Monday through Saturday, 52 weeks a year except for Sundays and holidays. Orders placed by 10.00 PM CST or 04.00 AM CET Sunday-Friday will start be made the next day. Occasionally orders may not ship the ‘next-day’ due to stock issues, lacking order information or billing delays. Orders placed on Saturdays will ship the following Monday or next open business day.

Note : Changes of orders in sizes, colors and address can only be made within 24hrs after the purchase. No cancellation of orders and all orders are final.

Standard shipping is FREE on orders over 50$ and $2-$5 flat on all orders below this amount!

International Shipping

We have received and fulfilled orders from over 50 countries across all the different continents. Please note we are not responsible for any customs fees. 2$-5$ flat for orders under 50$ for international shipping!

Delivery insurance

We engage ourselves to resend at no cost or refund your order in case of a lost package or not received package, this is a very rare case scenario but all your purchases are insured and covered.
